2. The box gluer adopts a new paper feeding structure, which is cleaner for waste removal. The computer adjusts the lower folding beam forming knife, the independent servo motor drives the folding correction wheel, the independent servo lower folding belt, multiple upgrades, and better forming effect.

 

3. The discharge part is independently counted by 5 high-speed servo motors, which effectively maintains stability under high speed conditions, and can produce 30 packages per minute at the highest speed.

 

4. It can be connected to Taiyi Seiko fully automatic feeder and fully automatic palletizer to realize one-stop feeding, printing, box gluing, packaging, and stacking.

 

 

Equipment interconnection and unified management, real-time monitoring of equipment, standard maintenance, rapid execution of equipment maintenance and fault handling, and generation of report records to ensure stable operation of equipment.
