1. 2. Each unit is fixed with a vacuum adsorption conveying device, and the printing unit color registration adopts servo control. Infrared (IR) or ultraviolet (UV) drying devices can be optionally equipped to achieve high-dot precision printing.
3. The whole machine adopts touch screen PLC control, and can be equipped with full servo non-stop plate change, which can store and recall the order data, and is fast to change orders and easy to operate.
4. Remote fault detection can be achieved through the network, and equipment faults can be quickly eliminated.

Paper Feeding Unit (Optional Servo)
1. Original imported American Sun Company paper feeding wheel box and paper feeding platform, long-term guarantee of paper feeding accuracy and stability.
2. The diameter of the paper feeding roller is enlarged, which greatly reduces the degree of flattening of the cardboard.
3. Dust removal device: Multiple fans direct extraction plus multiple rows of brushes for electrostatic dust removal, to remove dust on the surface of the cardboard to the greatest extent and improve printing quality.

Printing Unit (Full Vacuum Adsorption And Transmission) (Servo Optional)
1. Fast plate change (full servo non-stop plate change optional), quickly correct the tilt error generated during plate mounting to within the correction range.
2. Full vacuum adsorption and high-precision transmission, high overprinting accuracy.
3. The unit is widened, which helps the ink dry and ensures overprinting accuracy.
4. The suction box conveyor wheel is cast in aluminum alloy, and the surface is sprayed with ceramics, which increases the friction coefficient with the cardboard and has a longer service life.
5. Imported brand scraper ink supply system: The scraper cavity body is made of non-metallic special material, never rusts, and is easy to clean; the scraper blade can be quickly replaced.

Glazing Unit (Can Be Used As A Printing Unit)
1. Water-based varnish or UV varnish can be selected for glazing during production.
2. The printing unit is widened, which helps the varnish dry faster.
3. Equipped with a cardboard sensor, making the operation safer and more reliable.

Drying Unit (Optional IR Infrared Or UV Ultraviolet Drying System)
1. According to the width of the cardboard, the infrared lamp can be controlled in sections to save energy.
2. The ultraviolet drying method can quickly dry the UV varnish on the surface of the printed matter to avoid the dragging phenomenon during die-cutting; at the same time, it also effectively improves the printing speed of the product and ensures the quality of glazing.

Slotting Unit (Double-Destroying Wheel)
1. Single-axis double-knife slotting, the box height adjustment adopts an internal gear structure, so that the lubricating oil is not easy to contaminate the carton.
2. Slotting knife seat transverse adjustment mechanism: the use of screw rods and linear guide rails makes the movement more flexible and accurate.
3. Double-destroying wheel slotting unit: adopts a large pressing line structure to make the pressing line effect more perfect; the upper pressing line wheel is wrapped with urethane glue on the surface to prevent damage to the cardboard.
4. The pre-pressing wheel, pressing line wheel, and slotting knife seat position are moved horizontally, using computer and digital electric control.

Die-Cutting Unit (Independently Driven By Servo Motor)
1. Servo motor drive effectively reduces the vibration of the printing unit, making printing more accurate.
2. The pad roller compensation is driven by an independent motor to control the speed of the pad roller. The compensation range is ±3.5mm, so that the speed of the pad roller and the die roller are consistent.
3. The die-cutting phase adjustment is driven by PLC servo.
4. Optional die-cutting micro-grinding system.

Oscillating Waste Stripping Machine & Automatic Stacking Machine
1. The waste stripping unit is driven by an independent motor, and the vibration shaft-shaft has three shaking points to accelerate the shaking frequency and improve the shaking effect.
2. The shaking belt adopts an imported cylindrical high-elastic belt with good elasticity and does not damage the cardboard. The vibration belt drive is controlled by an independent speed-regulating motor, which is convenient for speed modulation to ensure the shaking stroke.
3. The rear end of the waste stripping unit is equipped with a strong blowing and brush device to prevent waste paper from returning to the surface of the cardboard to achieve the best effect of waste stripping.
4. The stacking machine can be operated automatically or manually.
5. The pneumatic paper receiving tray automatically extends to hold the paper when the paperboard is stacked to a predetermined height.
6. The paper receiving arm belt can be adjusted individually for tightness, without being restricted by the length of the belt.
